Good News! Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., Ltd. has successfully completed furnace ignition and feed-in, officially entering the trial production phase.

At 08:18 on July 16, 2026, a milestone event took place at the site of Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., Ltd. The production boiler achieved successful ignition and temperature rise on the first attempt. All types of raw materials were fed in an orderly manner in strict accordance with standardized processes. The whole process ran steadily with all process parameters meeting standards.

The one-off success of boiler ignition and feeding marks that the Anhui production base of Fangxin Resin has officially fully entered the trial production stage, representing a decisive victory in the project construction.

The project of Fangxin Resin (Anhui) Co., Ltd. officially broke ground on May 22, 2024, marking a full two years of construction to date. During the construction period, all staff of the company forged ahead amid difficulties and advanced civil engineering construction, equipment installation, pipeline laying, commissioning of the DCS automatic control system, and supporting safety and environmental protection works in a coordinated manner. Meanwhile, we have collaborated closely with dozens of partners including general contractors, equipment suppliers, design institutes and industrial supporting service providers. By scheduling construction milestones and pushing forward the project as planned, we efficiently tackled various challenges in chemical project construction such as technical process coordination, safety management and environmental supporting facilities. All infrastructure construction, equipment installation and commissioning have been completed to high standards, fulfilling the trial production target on schedule.

To ensure the smooth implementation of furnace ignition and feed-in, the company set up a special commissioning team in advance. We formulated comprehensive commissioning plans, operating procedures and emergency response plans, and organized all personnel from process, equipment, safety, instrumentation and electrical teams to participate in multiple rounds of hands-on training and process drills.

Prior to commissioning, single-machine test runs of all plant equipment, pipeline air tightness tests and full-coverage inspections for potential safety hazards were completed. We strictly complied with safety management specifications for chemical production to consolidate the foundation of safe production, guaranteeing that the whole process of furnace ignition, temperature rise and material feeding would be safely controllable, stable and orderly.
